Inspired by the original Marvel heroes, we built our company around combining different strengths to create something better together. I can’t recommend Original Six TechPros enough! I was fortunate enough to win their smart pet feeder raffle, and from start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Life got busy after the raffle, so I didn’t call right away. When I finally did, I was worried it had been too long. Instead, they were genuinely excited to hear from me and told me they were relieved I called because they had been worried I didn’t have the correct contact information. That immediately showed me how much they truly care about their customers. They were incredibly accommodating and efficient. I called one day, and they had me scheduled for installation the very next day. During the installation, they took the time to walk me through the app, explain all of the features, and make sure I felt comfortable using everything before they left. What stood out the most was how personable they were. More than once, they let me know that if I had any questions or ran into any issues with the feeder, I could give them a call and they would be happy to help. Every interaction was friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoyable.
