Welcome to Original Six TechPros (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, requesting services, approving a quote, or submitting payment, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services
Original Six TechPros provides residential technology services including but not limited to:
Home theater installation
Computer setup and troubleshooting
Smart home installation and configuration
Technology consultation and equipment purchasing assistance
Outdoor and specialty lighting installation
All services are subject to availability and site conditions.
2. Quotes & Deposits
Quotes are valid for 15 calendar days unless otherwise stated.
A 50% deposit is required prior to scheduling services or ordering materials.
Approval of a quote or submission of deposit constitutes agreement to the scope of work and applicable terms.
3. Payments
Final payment is due upon receipt when services are rendered.
We reserve the right to assess reasonable late fees on unpaid balances.
All installed equipment and materials provided remain property of Original Six TechPros until payment is received in full.
4. Scope Changes
Services are limited to the items described in the approved quote. Additional services are available by contacting us prior to scheduled appointment or while the technician is onsite providing time permits and are invoiced with final payment invoice.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide safe and clear access to work areas
Ensure pets are secured during service
Back up all electronic data prior to service
Disclose known wiring or infrastructure issues
We are not responsible for data loss, pre-existing conditions, or third-party service interruptions (internet providers, streaming platforms, software updates, etc.).
6. Installation Disclaimer
Certain services may require minor drilling, mounting, or surface modification. By proceeding with service, Customer acknowledges this possibility.
Original Six TechPros does not perform licensed electrical or structural modifications.
7. Warranty
Labor is warranted for a limited period as stated on your invoice or service agreement.
Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment supplied.
Warranty does not cover misuse, customer modifications, environmental damage, or third-party alterations.
8. Independent Contractors
Technicians performing services may be independent contractors engaged by the Company. All services are performed under company standards and applicable insurance coverage.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Original Six TechPros shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.
10. Legal & Safety Compliance
Original Six TechPros operates in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. In rare circumstances where required by law, we may be obligated to report certain safety-related concerns to appropriate authorities.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved in good faith prior to legal action.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
